SITE CLEARANCE HOARDING WORKS

Semarak City Center Project is located at Jalan Semarak. It is approximately 5 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur City Center. For this project, we are assigned to do site clearance, 1 by 2 slope, turfing, tree cutting & hoarding works. The land size is approximately 5 acres with uneven ground level.

KAJANG UTAMA

SITE CLEARANCE & HOARDING WORKS

Kajang Utama Site is located at Kajang Residential Area with approximately 4 acres land size. For this project, we are assigned to do site clearance, tree cutting, earth levelling, site survey, hoarding works, interlocking concrete pavements and silt trap.

SITE CLEARANCE & HOARDING WORKS

Cyberjaya Cityview project is located at Cyberjaya next to MEX Highway. Land size approximately 14 acres. For this project, we are assigned to do site clearance, hoarding works, roadworks, drainage, turfing, slope protection and also billboards on hoarding.

GERMAN EMBASSY

DEMOLITION & SITE CLEARANCE

German Embassy Bungalow site is located at Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur. The land area, approximately 2 acres with 20,000 square feet 2 storey bungalow built up with swimming pool facility. We were assigned to do site clearance & demolition works, building demolition using concrete hacker machine.

HOARDING WORKS

National Stadium in Bukit Jalil was being refurbished entirely for upcoming SEA games in 2017. We were assigned to do hoarding works to cover up the project area with approximately 2800 meters. This hoarding structure were heavily designed using I Beam & C Channel steels. Work is done with tied work schedule – 6 weeks.

BUKIT JALIL - NATIONAL STADIUM

T-BEAM CUTTING

National Stadium in Bukit Jalil was being refurbished entirely for upcoming SEA games in 2017. For this project, we are assigned to demolished & removed total of 9 numbers of T-Beam for 8 bays which for each bays total to 8 bays. To complete this job, we used latest technology cutting machine and all other necessary equipments.

AUXILIARY BUILDING DEMOLITION WORKS

National Stadium in Bukit Jalil was being refurbished entirely for upcoming SEA games in 2017. For this project, we are assigned to demolish auxiliary building consists of story hawker’s food court, information center building, chicken rice shop and viewing platform.

BUKIT JALIL - NATIONAL STADIUM

PUTRA & AQUATIC STADIUM DEMOLITION WORKS

National Stadium in Bukit Jalil was being refurbished entirely for upcoming SEA games in 2017. For this project, we are assigned to do demolition & soft stripping. In Putra Stadium demolition consists of tiles removal, ceiling removal, fascade glass panel removal, hawkers stall removal. At all 5 levels. In Aquatic Stadium, demolished consist of removal of tiles, ceiling, panels, tiles from swimming pools, diving structures, roof membranes and light fitting from catwalk.

EXTENSION OF MNE PUMP ROOM, PUTRA STADIUM

National Stadium in Bukit Jalil was being refurbished entirely for upcoming SEA games in 2017. For this project, we are assigned to construct an extension from the existing building to receive more machineries. The job scope consists of demolition, concrete works, roof structure, metal works, painting & finishing works within 1 month construction period.
